I won't attempt a review of the content of this book. Leibniz's importance is of course well-established. (And I'm too much of a novice.)
Instead I'll try to be helpful by giving some product details that are currently missing from Amazon's page here, and apparently hard to find elsewhere online.

A long introduction provides explanatory comment and gives an estimate of Leibniz as a logician.
